"I was always raised to give to those who need it. During times like these everyone needs an extra hand."
Arturo Carrillo,
Delivery Supervisor
The Mission has been his home his whole life. When not at the hub, he works for a local non-profit.
"The Mission Food Hub is a template for how people can help their communities."
Volunteer Your Time
Over 500 volunteers manage and operate the Mission Food Hub! 60% of our volunteers used to stand in the lines as food recipients. From delivery drivers, food baggers, to pedestrian traffic support, we invite you to volunteer!
We take the health of our volunteers and community seriously. No one will be permitted into our facility without meeting our safety requirements and upholding our standards. We enforce pre-entrance health check questionnaire, social distancing, mask and glove wearing, etc.
Join us in helping to feed 9,000 families a week!
