Healthy Groceries For Families

Friday Food Distribution starting at 11:00 am

701 Alabama Street

San Francisco, CA 94110

Thanks to our partnership with SF Marin-Food Bank, SF Market, and donations from the community, we are able to offer a variety of nutritious and organic groceries.

You can expect staples like oatmeal, beans, rice, milk, eggs, fresh produce, herbs, and frozen protein cuts.

The food offerings can vary week-to-week.

The groceries tend to be heavy and many have found it's easiest to transport with a cart. â€‹

Cooking and Nutrition

Access to healthy and nutritious food goes beyond just having access to groceries.

It means empowering our community, especially our youth, to be able to cook properly nutritious meals and teaching them the impact of nutrition on their body and health.

This past summer, we launched our first youth cooking classes, where middle school students learned to prepare healthy dishes inspired by Latin American flavors. Together, they explored where food comes from, practiced cooking skills, and celebrated the joy of sharing meals rooted in culture and community.

We look forward to expanding these classes and continuing to teach future generations how to nourish themselves and their communities.
